    • Appointment Date – Select the day to see the doctor.
    • Message – If you have something to say you can write here(not mandatory)
    • Fill everything correctly and click the Submit Button.

    Under ground: 40 Units
    Basement to under ground: Car park (can accommodate 65 cars) in our Building.
