Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in Medical Technology in Laboratory Medicine
Additional Requirements:
• Female only
• Age At most 30 years
• Strong blood collection skills
• Good communication and patient handling ability
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Responsibilities & Context:
• Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary collection procedures
• Ensure correct patient identification before sample collection
• Label, handle, and transport specimens properly to the laboratory
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols during all procedures
• Assist in handling pediatric, adult, and elderly patients professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample collection area
• Keep accurate records and documentation of collected samples
• Support home sample collection services when required
